A WordPress website's URL can be changed for a number of reasons. These are some of the primary causes:

Enter the new site URL in the option_value field:
Find home under the option_name header, then choose Edit:
Press "Go." The table's modifications are saved by phpMyAdmin. The modified URL should now allow WordPress to operate properly.
